In addition to receiving patients with excellence, CNH also welcomes family members and other visitors so that your experience is the best possible. At the social receptions of each unit, after identification, each one of them receives an adhesive label with their name, the name of the patient who they came to visit and the room he/she is in. This label must remain affixed in a visible site during the entire period of the visitor's stay in the hospital.
Hospital ward and rooms
Family members can visit patients who are in the hospital ward from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Those who stay in a private room can be visited from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Consult with the nursing management before sending flowers or gifts, who will provide advice in case of restrictions.
It is also possible to send a virtual Support Message card to the patient; when received, they are printed and delivered by hand to the recipient.
Intensive Care Units (ICU)
In the ICUs, visits are permitted between 12:30 pm and 5:00 pm. See below the visiting hours for each of them:
Business days (Monday to Friday):
Beds 1 to 12: 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm / Beds 13 to 25: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Weekends and holidays:
All beds: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The entry of food and clothing into the ICUs is prohibited, it is only possible to bring personal hygiene items, such as soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes and other such items. In case of questions, contact the Family Assistance Center (CAF) at (21) 2729-1122 and 2729-1004.
Note: The hours can be changed by determination of the heads of the ICUs.
Postoperative Unit
Every day: 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.
The patient is entitled to a companion during the 24-hour period, without the right to a meal. It is allowed to change the companion at 8:00 am, during visiting hours or at 8:00 pm.
Neurological Intensive Care Unit
Every day: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Cardiac Unit
Every day: 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
